XtendAt Dynamic Physique Pilates we are excited to welcome the new Australian Xtend Barre workout.

The Xtend Barre workout is a fast-paced, 55 minute full body immersion that fuses dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre to give you a chiselled body – and fast!

This total body workout serves to strengthen, lengthen, and stretch the whole body from top to bottom, from inside out.  It includes light hand weights, bands and balls for resistance and challenge, all at a pace to add the benefit of a cardio workout.

The most efficient way to create a long, lean and sculpted physique. 

Developed from a dance/Pilates background. The Xtend workout combines the amazing results of dance with the principles and safety of Pilates. It is suitable for everyone!  

Xtend Barre will give you:  

  • Toned arms, sculpted thighs and lifted derriere
  • Stronger abs and back muscles
  • Improved endurance and overall energy
  • Increased flexibility
  • Greater body awareness & improved posture and balance

Suitable for all levels. Recommended 2 - 3 times a week.
