Studio and Prices Studio training sessions at Dynamic Physique Pilates incorporates the use of the latest specially designed Balanced Body Pilates equipment imported from the U.S as well as exercises on the mat to suit your needs.

Pilates Mat and Xtend Barre Combined Class Packages

Starter Class Pack:  3 classes x  $59    (for those new to the studio only, 3 week expiry)

  • 1 casual  x      $25
  • 5 classes x     $120  ( 6 week expiry)
  • 10 classes x   $230  ( 11 week expiry)   
  • 20 classes x $440 ( 16 week expiry)
  • Full time students 10 classes $200 (11 week expiry)

Introductory Mat Package: *

 $65 x  45 minute private mat session

Duet $55 per person x one hour session

* For those new to Pilates

Private one to one studio sessions - Private personalised instruction for fitness and rehabilitation

  • Studio sessions are  by appointment only

Remember

  • Cancellations require 24 hours notice for all  private sessions and 12 hours notice for all Pilates Mat and Xtend Barre classes or the full fee applies.
  • minimum of 3 people are required for a mat or Xtend class to go ahead.
  • Payment is required in advance for all sessions or the casual rate will apply.
  • Payment by Bank Transfer, Eftpos, Direct Debit or cash for all sessions. American Express, Diners and cheques are not accepted.
  • All mat, Xtend classes and studio sessions are 55 minutes.
  • Timetable and instructors may change without notice .
  • Wear clothing that is easy to move in.
  • Bring a clean pair of socks and small towel for studio sessions, and Xtend Barre classes
  • Mats are provided.
  • All fees are inclusive of GST
  • Bookings are required for all sessions to ensure a space in the class.
  • All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • It is advisable to consult your Doctor prior to starting any physical fitness or exercise program or if you are pregnant..For women post natal, medical clearance is required by your Doctor prior to commencing Pilates and Xtend Barre classes at the studio.
