About Instructor: Liz Cunliffe

liz cunliffe picLiz Cunliffe is the founder of Dynamic Physique Pilates. She has an extensive health and movement background which started at a young age in classical ballet and has  continued through the years with overall fitness training.


Elizabeth was introduced to Pilates whilst recovering from injury, where she realised it’s benefits to her overall health and fitness. She has been teaching Pilates as a qualified instructor since 2006.

About Instructor: Kerry Critchlow


kerry crichlow picKerry's interest in body conditioning comes from many years of dance training. She uses a strong focus on anatomy and physiology, to work very specifically to strengthen and tone; while improving flexibility and posture.


She works closely with her clients, to help them understand why they are doing what they are doing throughout a Pilates class, in order to help each client make their sessions as effective as possible, while keeping a sense of humour!

Holding Pilates matwork qualifications from the highly respected Pilates International Training Centre in Sydney, Kerry is also undertaking further study in Pilates apparatus, in order to deepen her knowledge of the Pilates principles.

 

About Instructor: Chloe Dallimore

Training in classical ballet from an early age, a severe arm injury whilst studying dance performance in London, lead Chloe to the Pilates Method.Her own rehabilitation via Pilates inspired her to commence training as a Pilates instructor with Alan Heardman in London.Upon returning to Australia, Chloe continued her instructor training and has worked for over seven years as a Pilates instructor, with all manner of clients.

Chloe continues to perform as an award-winning musical theatre artist in such shows as The Producers and Chicago-The Musical. She delights in combining her passion for theatre and Pilates by being able to work with Liz and the team at Dynamic Physique Pilates who all work towards the common goal of healthful living for their clients.

About Instructor: Kirsty Cutting

Kirsty began dancing at the age of 4, as her mother, also a dancer, opened a small dance studio back in England. Kirsty was so passionate about this exciting art form, that this passion propelled her through many years of serious training in London and eventually New York. Her work as a dancer allowed herself to explore life as a Ballerina, Jazz dancer and of course after many years working thorugh examinations, a qualified Ballet and Jazz teacher.

As life changed, Kirsty's passion for movement did not. She has found a way to incorporate her dance background into another passion: Pilates. Weaving these two disciplines together has been a natural process in that they enhance one another in both grace, proper form and technique.

About Instructor: Shay Stafford

Brisbane born Shay Stafford danced professionally for nearly 20 years. 13 of these years were spent in Paris where she was the dance captain and a lead performer at the Moulin Rouge and Lido. Shay retired from the stage to take on the challenge of motherhood and returned home to Australia last year with her young family. She threw herself into her Pilates training to regain her pre-baby dancers body. Combining Pilates with Xtend Barre she now feels stronger than ever.

Shay is delighted to be teaching Xtend Barre as an instructor. She is also a Pilates mat and reformer instructor and a registered fitness leader with Fitness Australia. She continues to teach dance workshops and is the author of Memoirs of a Showgirl. Visit www.shaystafford.com

About Instructor: Elise Piellard

Elise began dancing at the age of 3. Her passion for dancing led her to Paris where she studied Jazz, Modern and Ballet in Rick Odum's school, later joining his company after completing a French national degree of dance teaching.

In France she worked for many years as a professional cabaret dancer for "Le Paradis Latin". "Cirque d'Hiver Bouglione, "DISNEYLAND Paris" and also explored Europe with various companies.

Since moving to Australia in 2009, she has complimented her work as a dancer with Pilates training at Elix'r. Elise is certified in both Pilates mat, reformer and Xtend Barre.

About Instructor: Deanne Berry

Born and raised in Australia, Deanne has spent most of her performing years in Sydney, however for the past 8 years she has based herself in London where her career has developed.

Working as a dancer / choreographer and presenter in various fitness DVD's, music videos, adverts and TV shows. Deanne has performed with some of the worlds top artists.

"Training and working as a dancer teaches you a huge respect for your body, it requires discipline and encourages you to obtain your best results. Both Pilates and Xtend Barre embrace these qualities, therefore I feel passionate to provide challenging, yet enjoyable classes." Deanne is a certified Pilates mat and Xtend Barre instructor.
